Contract Description:
This contract will supplement Contract 56662 REL 265 from December 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 to cover YN Fisheries UCHRP staff costs, project overhead costs, and on-call service subcontract costs that were not fully funded in REL 265 due to an FY22 budget shortfall.  When REL 265 was completed in May 2022 a budget shortfall for the UCHRP in Fiscal Year 2022 required that many estimated project overhead costs and on-call service subcontracts ranging for a 12 month performance period be significantly reduced.  At that time, it was identified that a supplemental contract scheduled for a 6 month period in Fiscal Year 2023 could be used to ensure the reduced overhead items and on-call service subcontracts would become fully funded for the remainder of the REL 265 performance period.  This contract represents the 6 month supplemental budget to REL 265 which allows these on-going project expenses to be budgeted in FY23 instead of FY22.  Because this contract represents supplemental FY23 funding to the existing REL 265 contract, all BPA funded property inventory for the UCHRP is already reported under the REL 265 contract and an additinal property inventory will no be reported under this contract.
